“They should require families with young children to book main floor suites as many families on upper floors have no consideration for other people beneath them. They were stomping on the floor from like 6 pm till late into the night and then again at. 6 in the morning. It was like they were racing back and forth with shoes on as it was loud. We will request upper floors next time.”

“Great trip to Kelowna they were kind and helpful. Rooms were basic but clean. Price was good. Didn’t try the amenities but there was a nice green space with bbqs and lawn games people were using. Good location close to the main drag. I would stay there again.”

“It was on a very busy highway that was hard to access from the west and leave going east. Metal base on bed was noisy. Toilet seat banged when you sat. Breakfast was ok. The staff tried hard but appeared short staffed. Wouldn't stay there again.”

“This hotel was convenient and the space was adequate for us. They are in the process of renovating the rooms as they are somewhat tired looking,, but they are clean for the most part. We were booked in the tower room and when we got there they had us on the main floor. We requested the tower room as was indicated in our booking with expedia. My husband had to arm wrestle them to get the additional $12 per night off of the booking when they recognized that the main floor was not what we...

“Beautiful resort overlooking the lake. Large clean suite with everything we needed. Quiet, walking distance to restaurants and pubs. Very central for winery tours in the area.”

“Room was much smaller that the advertised photos. And watch out for the extremely bright bathroom light! I loved it, until it was 7am and there was no dim option or lesser light in there. Breakfast didn't have many healthy options for people with extreme dietary needs (only had apples, oatmeal (not good toppings) and I had to ask for honey with tea). The Room was clean, but the view was of the back alley of a building about 20' away 😬. Kids enjoyed the pool, it was a bit small but the slide...
